Program description

Rx Manager sends automated medication refill-reminder text messages to the mobile number you provide, notifying you when one of your medications is due to reorder.

Consent

By providing your mobile number and accepting the consent in the Rx Manager app (Settings → Text reminders; see how it works), you agree to receive recurring automated reminder texts at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies and depends on your medication schedule — typically a few messages per month, only when a medication is due. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP at any time to cancel; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@rxmanager.us.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Not medical advice

Rx Manager is a personal organizer for your own medication information. Days on hand, reorder dates, and reminders are estimates calculated from what you enter and may be wrong or out of date. Rx Manager is not medical advice and does not replace your doctor, your pharmacist, or your prescription label. Always follow your prescriber’s directions, and contact your pharmacy or prescriber if you are unsure about a dose, a refill, or running out. The short notes on how a medication works are general information about that kind of medicine, not advice about you. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your phone number. It is shared only with Twilio, our messaging provider, to deliver the texts you asked for, and no mobile information is shared with third parties for their marketing.
